MONTANA : ONE OF THE FEW BASTIANS OF FREEDOM LEFT

Our founding fathers knew firsthand what it was like to live under a tyrannical government. And when they wrote the Constitution, they specifically designated and granted to the federal government certain powers. Mainly defense, foreign relations, the regulation of INTERSTATE commerce, (that no state could impose taxes etc. on goods from another state) and the personal liberties granted to every citizen, i.e. the Bill of Rights. And then specifically stated ALL OTHER POWERS ARE GRANTED TO THE STATES. Slowly, over the last century, our courts have gradually expanded those powers until today you can't even take a crap without falling under some FEDERAL law. Like "water saving" toilets that you have to flush 3 times to clean. Like mercury filled light bulbs that already are ending up in landfills polluting our groundwater systems. Like the almost unbelievable tangle of federal rules and regulations that are literally choking our economy. If you doubt that, just start a business and see what kind of crap you have to deal with continually, and how much it costs to comply with all the rules and regs. Then add in what it costs to protect yourself from lawsuits (another whole subject in itself). That cost has to go into the price you pay for that product, be it a material good or a service.

Fortunately, there are a few bastions of liberty left in America today. Montana, for one, with a few other states following their example, has been doing something about curtailing federal control over the states. It's not only our Federal government that is broken. Our system has become corrupt from the local township/county/city to D.C. From the commonplace bribing of local building inspectors, to our state capitals, to the current gang of Chicago thugs running Washington. Our corporations no longer operate with any sense of morals or ethics. The banks and oil companies screw over every single American to further their already incredible wealth. We are very close to the point where the majority of people today worship money above all else. When money is your God, and you fear no eternal consequences for your actions, then anything that puts money in your pocket is ok. It's ok to lie, cheat, steal, even kill if it makes you rich. If you are bigger, meaner, or smarter then it's ok to just take whatever YOU want from whomever YOU want to take it from. If we are going to fix America before we go bankrupt like Europe, like some of our cities are doing, and California and some other states are on the verge of doing, I truly believe we need to "fix"  "we the people" first. Our society is sick. Homosexuality is  celebrated. Adultery (which destroys the most fundamental trust between husband and wife for a few moments of "pleasure") is commonplace. The family unit is falling apart, with the divorce rate well over 50%. Witchcraft and Devil worship are not as uncommon as you might think. Our courts have outlawed any juxtaposition between government and the Ten Commandments. NOTE: As I have said before, even if you are an atheist, if you are intellectually honest you must admit religion, and it doesn't matter if it's Buddhist, Baptist, Hindu, or whatever, sets forth certain standards for human behavior. Without those standards, we are nothing more than animals with bigger, albeit selfish, brains. I don't know about you, but personally, I like to think I'm more than just an animal.

Why do the polls continue to show Obama - who has proved himself to be not only incompetent, but an outright socialist believing that every ill can be solved by more and more government regulation and taxes, winning against every possible Republican candidate with 46 to 48% of the vote? Because government has created an entire class of people, now very near half the population, dependant on government handouts for their sustenance. Like the woman in Tampa, Fl. with 15 kids screaming on the TV news that "SOMEBODY has to take care of my kids". Now there's one place where the government SHOULD step in. If you're going to collect our modern day hodgepodge of "welfare", you get your tubes tied first.

I know I've covered several different subjects here, but the bottom line is you need to get involved in your local and state elections as well as the extremely critical national elections next year. And no matter what your particular religion, we all need to be praying for our country to return to the values that made this the greatest nation in history to live in.

MORE UNBELIEVABLE GOVERNMENT STUPIDITY, OR?????

Stick with me here, I'm laying the background for more recent news.......

JFK said "Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country". Well, here's just a few examples of what your country now does for you:

Early 70's : Screws over every KIA, MIA, POW and Vietnam vet by stopping the bombing of North Vietnam when they were on their knees ready to quit and eventually signing the Paris Peace Accords granting North Vietnam control over the South and the US its first and only defeat. VA denies Agent Orange effects for close to 20 years while vets were dying from the crap with no medical benefits.

90's : VA denies existence of Gulf War Syndrome for years before finally acknowledging that exposure to all those chemicals from burning wells and US demolition of gas and nerve agents is killing hundreds of vets and sickening thousands more.

2001 till present : Keeps sending our guys (and now gals) back on combat tours over and over again, some as many as 5 or 6 times, then tries to force them out on charges with no benefits when PTSD manifests with behavior that gets them in trouble.

And now on the home front I'll recap some more recent news :
In Feb. of '05  our wonderful so called Justice Department arrests and prosecutes 2 Border Patrol agents for wounding a smuggler they thought was aiming a gun at them. They get 10 years for doing their job. Google "Ramos and Compean" for more info. Hold on, it gets worse : Last July the Obama / Holder Justice Dept. prosecuted another Border Patrol agent for doing nothing more than what his training taught him to do. Agent Jesus Diaz Jr. caught 2 teenage smugglers with a combined 150 lbs. of pot on them. After cuffing, one suspect refused to comply with Diaz's order to lay on the ground, whereupon Diaz executed a simple maneuver taught in law enforcement everywhere, inserting his arms inside the cuffed arms of the perp, applying upward on the arms and downward on the back pressure and forcing him to the ground. Said perp claims abuse to the Mexican government when released (yep, that's right, SOP - release them back into Mexico with no consequences whatsoever).
Diaz was cleared of any wrongdoing by 2 separate investigations, but then the federal "Justice" department steps in and prosecutes him anyway. Sentenced to 2 years and a $7k fine for "violating the rights" of the smuggler. The whole story will have you shaking your head in disgust. Search again for "Jesus Diaz" and find out the inmates are truly running the asylum. What exactly is the plan here?????? There are several petitions circulating calling for the removal of Holder. I urge you to sign one.

MORE PROOF OF THE "OBAMA PLAN"

 Folks, I've got to admit that for many, many years I mentally rolled my eyeballs back when I heard "conspiracy theorists" talk. You know, the New World Order, the Masons, the Rothchild's, etc.etc. And I'm pretty sure that many who have read this blog shrug their shoulders and say "yeah, right". Well, I am now 100% convinced that there is one major conspiracy going on. Here's more proof of what I've said about Obama/Soros planning to trash the Constitution and "fundamentally change America".

         FBI recording all Talk Radio and conservative news programs for "evidence" of  terrorism.

Make sure you're sitting down now......The National Guard is now forcing soldiers to answer a questionnaire that asks " Will you, as a member of the National Guard, use lethal force against members of the American public if ordered to do so? "

One of the men stepped forward and refused to take the poll and explained that it was a moral judgement on his part and that he could not do so. This included ALL NCO's, STAFF NCO's and SENIOR NCO's. The only people left in front of the original formation was 3 Capt's. 2 Lt's and the BN Commander who was so upset he started having chest pains from yelling and screaming about court martials and disbandment of the unit into other units. Devon is a Mstr.Sgt and he went with his troops and told them that he could not be prouder of any of them. He was floating while he was telling me this. Maybe we have more than just hope on our side. He was TX'd by his Plt LDR and advised that the Specialist Who first layed down his weapon is being held in county jail by the Bn CMDR, awaiting a hearing under the UCMJ. CHRISTMAS GIVING

Merry Christmas my friends! I would like to take a minute to remind you again of the sacrifices being made daily by our troops. Especially those who have been seriously wounded. Once again our wonderful government is screwing our soldiers over. Need I remind you of Agent Orange and Gulf War Syndrome? It is currently taking an average of 1 full year to start compensation for these guys / gals after they've been discharged. Many are losing everything they own because they have NO income. This should be a national disgrace. I know times are very tough for many of us, but these soldiers put their very lives on the line for us. Please try and find at least $20 somewhere to help these soldiers out this Christmas.

THESE PEOPLE ARE THE BIGGEST CROOKS IN HISTORY!

Without a doubt, the Occupy Wallstreet flakes do have one very valid point. Our corporations and bankers today are just as corrupt as our politicians, selling every American, indeed the very ability of America to continue to exist as a nation, down the river to enhance their already incredible wealth. If you want to get an education on just how bad this is, do a little research on the Federal Reserve, Secretary of the Treasury Timothy Geitner, and the other members of the Fed board of trustees.

As I write this, Geitner, Biden, et al are in Europe telling them they must get their spending / debt crisis fixed, and how to do it. What a joke. That's like one alcoholic telling his gutter mate he needs to quit drinking. The scum we have in Washington can't even fix our own addiction to spending, as we have so graphically seen over the last six months. Even the so called "Supercommittee" couldn't come to one single agreement on how to solve OUR financial crises, but we're telling the E.U. how to solve theirs. And believe me people, we are on the verge of a MAJOR crisis. One that will make the Great Depression look like a cakewalk, if these idiots don't forget about reelection and actually DO something.

Audit of the Federal Reserve Reveals $16 Trillion in Secret Bailoutsunelected.org The first ever GAO(Government Accountability Office) audit of the Federal Reserve was carried out in the past few months due to the Ron Paul, Alan Grayson Amendment to the Dodd-Frank bill, which passed last year. Jim DeMint, a Republican Senator, and Bernie Sanders, an independent Senator, led the charge for a Federal Reserve audit in the Senate, but watered down the original language of the house bill(HR1207), so that a complete audit would not be carried out. Ben Bernanke(pictured to the right), Alan Greenspan, and various other bankers vehemently opposed the audit and lied to Congress about the effects an audit would have on markets. Nevertheless, the results of the first audit in the Federal Reserve’s nearly 100 year history were posted on Senator Sander’s webpage earlier this morning. What was revealed in the audit was startling: $16,000,000,000,000.00 had been secretly given out to US banks and corporations and foreign banks everywhere from France to Scotland . From the period between December 2007 and June 2010, the Federal Reserve had secretly bailed out many of the world’s banks, corporations, and governments. The Federal Reserve likes to refer to these secret bailouts as an all-inclusive loan program, but virtually none of the money has been returned and it was loaned out at 0% interest. Why the Federal Reserve had never been public about this or even informed the United States Congress about the $16 trillion dollar bailout is obvious - the American public would have been outraged to find out that the Federal Reserve bailed out foreign banks while Americans were struggling to find jobs. To place $16 trillion into perspective, remember that GDP of the United States is only $14.12 trillion. The entire national debt of the United States government spanning its 200+ year history is "only" $14.5 trillion. The budget that is being debated so heavily in Congress and the Senate is "only" $3.5 trillion. Take all of the outrage and debate over the $1.5 trillion deficit into consideration, and swallow this Red pill: There was no debate about whether $16,000,000,000,000 would be given to failing banks and failing corporations around the world. In late 2008, the TARP Bailout bill was passed and loans of $800 billion were given to failing banks and companies. That was a blatant lie considering the fact that Goldman Sachs alone received 814 billion dollars. As is turns out, the Federal Reserve donated $2.5 trillion to Citigroup, while Morgan Stanley received $2.04 trillion. The Royal Bank of Scotland and Deutsche Bank, a German bank, split about a trillion and numerous other banks received hefty chunks of the $16 trillion. "This is a clear case of socialism for the rich and rugged, you’re-on-your-own individualism for everyone else." - Bernie Sanders (I-VT) When you have conservative Republican stalwarts like Jim DeMint(R-SC) and Ron Paul(R-TX) as well as self identified Democratic socialists like Bernie Sanders all fighting against the Federal Reserve, you know that it is no longer an issue of Right versus Left. When you have every single member of the Republican Party in Congress and progressive Congressmen like Dennis Kucinich sponsoring a bill to audit the Federal Reserve, you realize that the Federal Reserve is an entity onto itself, which has no oversight and no accountability. Americans should be swelled with anger and outrage at the abysmal state of affairs when an unelected group of bankers can create money out of thin air and give it out to megabanks and supercorporations like Halloween candy. If the Federal Reserve and the bankers who control it believe that they can continue to devalue the savings of Americans and continue to destroy the US economy, they will have to face the realization that their trillion dollar printing presses will eventually plunder the world economy. MORE ON BIG BROTHER : ANDROID SPYWARE ALERT

Haven't heard about Carrier IQ yet? You will, it's huge breaking news. Unless you're with Verizon, your carrier may have included Trojan horse spyware on your smartphone. Spyware that tracks EVERY keystroke and screen touch. Think about it, do you do online banking / billpaying? Ever click on an innocuous search result and end up on some porn site? Click a link in a news story about terrorism and land on some jihadi website? Do any online job applications? Carriers are denying they are doing anything with the data other than network diagnostics. Yeah, and I've got a bridge in N.Y. for sale. Even if they aren't selling your data, as they claim, who's protecting that information from hackers?

Why am I writing about this in a political blog? Here's one good reason : a California court has recently ruled that police can search smartphones without a warrant. If your local police can do it, you know the Feds can and will. See previous posts on Big Brother.

Here is a link for software to detect it's presence on your phone and info on a program to remove it if you find it. Verizon says they do not install it on their phones, and this program confirmed it's not on mine.

Obama has recently proposed to require issuance of an internet enabled "smartcard" for every schoolchild in the country. This card would be required to get on the bus, get into class, get your grades, get lunch, and who knows what all else. The Bible says "you will not be able to buy, sell, or trade without the mark of the beast". We are so close to the fulfillment of all the prophesies.

MCCAIN HAS LOST HIS MIND

Senator John McCain must be senile.
 

Senator McCain (R-AZ) has co-authored S. 1867, the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). Section 1031 of this bill will allow the U.S. military to capture and detain indefinitely an American citizen on U.S. soil who the President suspects is involved in terrorism. Thus, this bill will deny U.S. citizens basic Constitutional rights such as the right to a trial, to bail, to an attorney, to be presented with the charges against them and other rights and protections afforded to all Americans under the U.S. Constitution. That's not the worst of it. Not only does this bill strip U.S. citizens suspected of being involved in terrorism of their Constitutional rights, Section 1031 also essentially repeals the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 by authorizing the U.S. military to perform law enforcement functions on American soil.

 McCain, of all people, should know the effects of totalitarian governments, but apparently he's forgotten the 5 years he spent being tortured in the Hanoi Hilton. Why in God's name would we need the military to capture a "suspected" terrorist here at home when near every police force in the country now has a paramilitary "swat" team????? And speaking of "suspected terrorists", that's YOU if you are a "disaffected" veteran or a Tea Party supporter according to Janet Napolitano and the rest of Obama's commie cronies. Make no mistake about it, they are working very hard behind the scenes to outlaw private gun ownership. Fast and Furious was not a program screwed up by incompetent BATF managers, it was a deliberate plan to give them a good excuse for their next step, outlawing all semi automatic weapons.

Senator Paul has introduced a bill to repeal section 1031. If you are not part of the solution then you are part of the problem. The internet / email has made it so simple to write to your elected officials. Please send them a note and tell them to back Senator Pauls repeal.
