Yep, that's right people, it's time to take America back. Enough is enough. It's time we quit electing the same crooks and scumballs over and over again. Quit pulling the all Democrat or all Republican lever because your daddy was a Rep. or a Dem. God gave you a brain, (oh my goodness, your blogger believes in the Creator, he must be an idiot) use it to study the issues and the candidates before you go to the polls. Before you vote for an incumbent, look at his voting record and see how much of YOUR, YOUR KIDS,
GRANDKIDS and GREATGRANDKIDS hard earned tax $ he voted to waste on porkbarrel projects. With the deficit running in the trillions, congress still doesn't seem to get the message. Of course not, they don't care about America, they only care about getting reelected. We have built a house of cards based on greed, and it's going to come tumbling down if we don't fix it SOON.

JUST HOW BAD IS IT?

Just how bad is the state of our nation? Chicago politics (the most corrupt in the nation) has taken over Washington. We have elected a president who has appointed, at the last count, 41 "czars", unanswerable to Congress, who have propagated "Fast and Furious", Solyndra, putting 600 Chrysler dealerships who had contributed to Republican candidates out of business while closing NO dealers who had contributed to Democrats, has near doubled the national debt, refuses to salute the flag, kicks doors like a 3 year old when he doesn't get his own way, lends $6 billion of taxpayer money to a company owned by his major backer to develop an offshore oil field off  Brazil that plans to sell every single barrel of that oil to China, forces socialized medicine down our throats, and on and on and on.

OK, we can fix that in the next election right?  Not so fast. THIS is how bad it is in America today:
The population as a whole has become so ill informed on issues, so polarized to left or right (those to the left because they have one particular selfish cause, i.e. gay "rights", illegal alien's "rights", pro abortion, pro political correctness, pro "green", or the government is totally supporting them now and will only vote for those who will continue to pay their bills.
Money has become God. The bankers (Freddie May and Fannie Mac have just requested another $6 billion in bailout money while proposing to give their executives $13 million in bonuses!) the CEO's, the large investors, lose not one wink of sleep over how many they put out of work, only about how much goes in their pockets. Our Congress cannot come up with a viable plan to reduce our debt because they're more interested in reelection and continuing to line their pockets with OUR money.

THIS IS HOW BAD IT REALLY IS : despite all of the above problems, polls continue to show that Obama would defeat ANY of the current Republican candidates!!! I just have a hard time believing ANYONE would vote to reelect this administration, but that IS what the polls are showing. Lord, how did we get so stupid in such a short period of time?

THIS is how bad it really is : we will drive the nail in our own coffin.
