OBAMA ATTEMPTS TO BUY VETS VOTES

Obama is on the campaign trail again. The man who refuses to salute our flag is suddenly a big military booster, addressing the national convention of the American Legion. Announces a 30% increase in VA funding, adds 3 medical problems to the list of Agent Orange maladies that qualify for disability, increases in funding and treatments for PTSD, etc. Sings high praises for our military and vets.

This would seem to be great news, as there is no one who deserves better treatment than our vets. But think about this: he can say and institute anything now, before the election. Then, when the spending battle resumes in Congress, and half this stuff is cut out, he can still claim the credit, but foist the blame on the Republicans. I guarantee you he's got it all the angles figured out.

RICK PERRY IS NOT THE ANSWER

The latest darling of the press for the Republican nomination is Texas Governor Rick Perry. Let me give you a few words of caution. Despite his forthright and strong avowal of evangelical Christianity, Perry is first and foremost a career politician. And like the rest of them, he plays the political game. In other words, he speaks out of both sides of his mouth. Says one thing and then does the opposite. Trades this for that. Ignores what the public demands and does what he wants.

Given his proven ties to Bush family and large campaign contributors, it is quite possible he may end up winning the nomination. If he wins the Presidency, remember what I'm telling you now. He will not be the President the Tea Partiers are looking for. He may turn out to be a good one, no doubt way better than Komrade Obama and his commie cronies, but I predict he won't be what we're really looking for. Since my first choices, Chris Christie and Alan West, are not running, I'm giving my thumbs up to Michelle Bachman. A woman with the right values, right ideas, cajones bigger than 90% of the men in this country today, and the intellectual depth and knowledge to function as President of the United States.

To make it real simple, I believe Bachman is running because she wants to save America. Perry is running because he wants to be President. 'Nuff said.

HOLD THAT SIGH OF RELIEF

Better hold that sigh of relief about the stock market going back up today. It's only temporary and it didn't regain near what it had lost. Went up on news that the Fed has promised to hold interest rates very low for the next two years. And  WHAT YOU WON'T SEE REPORTED ON THE MAINSTREAM NEWS, QE3 is about to be implemented. For those of you who don't know what QE3 is, here's a very short description: This is phase 3 of the Fed printing billions and billions more money to pay the Federal debt. QE1 and 2 are one of the major reasons why you're money doesn't buy much anymore. I've been telling you for several years that the government has been finagling and outright lying about the cost of living index. Got an upclose and personal example of that these last few weeks. Electrical supplies to install an inlet for a generator and 3 outlets in a trailer came to somewhere around $350! Folks, I'm telling you 5 years ago I could have bought that stuff for $150 at the most. The more $ the Fed prints, the less each one is worth. Unless you've been getting 10% raises every year, (and who's been getting anywhere near that???) you're falling farther and farther behind.

So what if the market does go back up? It well may continue to climb for a while. Because a dollar won't be worth half what it was 10 years ago. So if a company's stock was selling at $100 per share 10 years ago, and is trading at $150 next month, that stock has no real net appreciation. The real value of that company has not grown one bit in ten years. The less the U.S. dollar is worth, the more everything costs, including stocks.

What they are doing is postponing the big disaster for a little while longer. What a surprise, huh? I surely hope this fiasco over raising the debt limit was an eye opener for Joe Average. To anyone who watched any of the debates it proved perfectly what I've been saying all along: most of them are so out of touch with reality they might as well be on Mars. They've been ensconced in their positions of power and money so long, they no longer realize what is happening in the real world. WE HAVE TO GET THESE JOKERS OUT OF THERE IN THE NEXT ELECTION or America as we know it is DONE.

IS THERE ANY DOUBT LEFT IN YOUR MIND?

Is there any doubt whatsoever left in your mind that we need to get every establishment politician out of Washington after the circus of the last several weeks over increasing the debt limit? The Republican leadership is just as out of touch with reality as the Democrats. "What is it they don't understand", you ask? Oh, they understand completely the dire straits they have put our country into with their years of out of control spending. BUT THEY DON'T CARE, BECAUSE CUTTING SPENDING WILL COST THEM VOTES. Screw the country and every working person in it, I want to be reelected so I can continue legally stealing the people blind. These SOB's are nothing more than legal Mafia.

Excuse me, got to run to the commode. Thinking about this has made me need to puke.

Komrade Obama's plan for seizing control of America

Good morning/afternoon/evening friends. Sorry I've been way too busy to keep up on keeping ya'll informed. But this latest revelation about Obama's manipulations to make himself dictator for life is too much. Most of you probably have heard about this 08 campaign statement by by Obama. Here it is:

In a speech in Colorado Springs, Obama said, "We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives we set. We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded."

You understand the ramifications of that, right? Ok, so nothing more said since then, all forgotten, right? Well now the news comes out Komrade Obama hasn't forgotten. Someone commissioned the Rand Corporation to do a study on how to implement the above. Folks, this is no joke. Can you imagine a national civilian police force the size of our entire military, and similarly armed? Can you say Gestapo? Can you doubt for one minute his real goal is to become dictator?

Stay involved in our political process or suffer the consequences.

DELTA : THE ANTI-AMERICAN AIRLINE

It's not hard to understand why Delta charged troops returning from Afghanistan $3,000 for extra baggage considering the latest news about Delta. They are entering into a "partnering" agreement with Saudi Arabian Airlines. Said agreement prohibits Delta from allowing anyone with an Israeli passport or anyone who is Jewish to board any flights to or through Saudi Arabia. Yep, you read that right. An American carrier, who has a very large contract with Uncle Sam to fly troops to and from combat zones, has not only agreed with this arrangement, they are refusing to reconsider their decision even under the threat of lawsuits.

I have never been a strong advocate of boycotts, most of which are pushed by liberal causes, and usually not very successful, but I do "vote with my pocketbook". There are companies I just don't do business with. Bank of America (can't put American flags on their property for parades or service members funerals) and Target (refuses to allow the Salvation Army to solicit at Christmas, but allows every liberal cause free access) come immediately to mind. But  I do think it's time real patriots send Delta a message. Maybe we should take a page out of the liberals book and call for a boycott of Delta.
Official or not, I urge every one of you to remember this the next time you're looking for tickets.

MORON AWARDS : EPA - OSHA - FEMA - TSA?

You have to wonder which government agency has the biggest morons running it. Take the EPA for example. Every time I have to fill the tank in my EPA Wonder diesel pickup, I swear it's got to be them. Let's make a truck that should get 22 mpg get 13.5 empty and 8.5 pulling any kind of weight. Yepper, that's the solution, burn twice as much fuel to go the same distance. Which, of course, wouldn't be that big a problem if fuel was $.99 a gallon. Or how about the new mercury filled "green" fluorescent light bulbs? Out of 300 plus million people in the country today, how many are going to make a special trip to a hazmat recycling place to throw away a light bulb????? You and I both know millions and millions of them will end up polluting ground water in landfills. Why doesn't the EPA realize that???

Or how about OSHA? Aren't the spouts on all the new gas cans an absolute marvel? Or maybe I'm just to stupid to figure out how to fill something with them without spilling gas all over the place? Or hmmm, is that another EPA boondoggle? Not really sure which agency is responsible for that one.

How about the CPSA outlawing the sale of youth dirtbikes and ATV's because the batteries have lead in them? Or the idiotic TSA security procedures at our airports today? Or FEMA buying thousands and thousands of trailers for emergency housing after Katrina that sat in lots never delivered? I'm sure if a person wanted to spend several weeks doing the research, you could write an entire book with the nonsense that comes out of Washington.

One other thing that drives me nuts lately, although I'm not sure this is an EPA deal or just more greed on the manufacturers part, is that none of the small gas engine equipment you buy today has oil drain plugs. So you have 3 choices. 1. Never change the oil and just throw it away and buy a new one when it locks up. 2. Buy a hokey suction device that leaves 20% of the old dirty oil in the engine to contaminate the new oil you put in. 3. Turn it upside down and drain it on the ground.

I do have to admit there is one agency I can think of that operates well. That is the Post Office. You've got to give them credit, they do a pretty amazing job. Yeah, they've had to keep raising the price of a stamp, but look at the price of fuel.

So, what say you? We could cut a big chunk out of the deficit by getting rid of all those alphabet agencies.
